Perhaps the first thing you should know about me is I love to learn.
I’m always looking for something new to learn, whether it’s learning to write minutes for meetings or a new language, I have to be learning something 🙂 I love the idea of self-development, bettering ones-self, learning things that can only help in life.
I’m really not fussy about what I learn so long as it interests me. Here are a few examples of courses I’ve finished recently:
- An everyday makeup course
- Past life regression
- Feline nutrition
As you can see they hugely vary in topic. Now, here’s what I’m currently learning (I’ll only list courses for now):
- Employment Law
- Human Resource
- Recruitment Consultancy
- First Aid
- British Sign Language
- Self-Hypnotherapy for Personal Development
- First Aid for Cats
- Massage Therapy for Home Use
I know it’s a lot to take on, however, I have lifetime access for most of these courses. It’s totally worth it. I have to feel like I’m progressing, studying gives me a way to do this in a measurable way. There are worse things to be addicted to right?
I try to choose courses that will either help me in some way (e.g. first aid), or topics I’m curious in, e.g. how does past life regression work? Both are very rewarding for me.
Are you studying anything at the moment? Do you enjoy it?
If you had a choice and money wasn’t an option, what would you study and why?
